These journal prompts can help you discover what your true purpose is.

Journaling is a great way to relax and collect your thoughts. It should be part of any healthy morning or nighttime routine. But, have you ever thought about journaling your way to purpose? I've created a list of 35 journal prompts that will help you discover what you're really passionate about.

A word of advice, be truthful with yourself when journaling. It's the only way you'll really discover who you truly are inside. Don't think about your answers and mull over them. I've discovered that the thing that first comes to mind is really what we're feeling inside. Write that down and then explore other options from there.

Remember, this is YOUR journal, so it should be a judgment-free zone. That means it should also be free of your judgments about yourself. Be kind to yourself, and remember you did the best you could with the information and resources that you had at the time. Now let's get into these prompts. I recommend you do one a day. Happy journaling!

Journal your way to purpose.
